Digital Course Access
HRSI courses are delivered digitally through secure online systems. Once a purchase is completed and access is granted, the user receives immediate access to proprietary course materials, learning modules, training content, and related certification resources.
Course access is provided as a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to the registered participant. Access does not transfer ownership of HRSI materials, intellectual property, curriculum, videos, slides, exams, credentialing systems, or related content.
Refund Policy
All sales are final once course access has been granted. Because HRSI delivers digital training content immediately, refunds are not issued after access to course material, exams, or certification systems has been provided.
This policy applies to individual purchases, agency purchases, group enrollments, purchase-order registrations, certification programs, renewal programs, and any other digital training access provided through HRSI unless a separate written agreement signed by HRSI states otherwise.
By completing registration or purchase, the user acknowledges that they are purchasing immediate access to digital training content and that the refund restrictions are reasonable and necessary to protect the integrity of the training system.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Users are expected to contact HRSI first regarding any billing question, access issue, registration concern, or agency payment question. Unauthorized chargebacks, improper disputes, or payment reversals after course access has been delivered may be treated as misuse of HRSI services.
HRSI reserves the right to suspend access, revoke certification eligibility, pause credential issuance, remove account privileges, and provide access records or registration documentation to financial institutions when responding to improper chargebacks or payment disputes.
Agency Purchases & Purchase Orders
HRSI supports agency enrollments, purchase orders, group purchases, and command-level implementation. Agency transactions may involve additional coordination for participant names, official email addresses, payment documentation, invoices, course access timing, or credential verification.
Where a separate written agreement, invoice, or purchase-order arrangement exists, those written terms may supplement this policy. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by HRSI, digital access remains non-refundable once provided.
User Responsibility
Participants are responsible for entering accurate registration information, using an appropriate official or agency-related email when required, maintaining account security, completing course requirements honestly, and representing certification status accurately.
Users may not share accounts, transfer course access, allow another person to complete coursework or exams on their behalf, misrepresent completion status, misuse certificates, or claim certification that has not been issued by HRSI.
Credential Integrity & Misuse
HRSI certification is intended to document completion of training and credential requirements. It does not guarantee employment, promotion, legal qualification, court acceptance, agency endorsement, or performance outcome.
HRSI reserves the right to suspend, revoke, correct, or remove certification records when credential misuse, fraud, unauthorized account access, false registration information, improper conduct, or other integrity concerns are identified.
Training Outcome Disclaimer
HRSI training is designed to strengthen professional knowledge, supervision practices, documentation quality, and defensible decision-making. However, no training can guarantee a specific operational result, prevent all offender misconduct, eliminate agency liability, or replace lawful agency policy, supervisory judgment, legal advice, or field experience.
Users and agencies remain responsible for applying training consistent with their laws, policies, court orders, supervision conditions, and operational protocols.
Security & Privacy Commitment
HRSI treats security and privacy as essential operational responsibilities. The website and training systems are designed to protect account access, training records, certification data, and agency information through layered safeguards and careful administrative control.
HRSI does not sell user information. HRSI does not use certification records as a marketing commodity. Information is handled with seriousness because the public safety professionals using this system deserve a platform that reflects the importance of their work.
Errors, Corrections & Support
If a participant experiences an access issue, billing issue, name correction, agency enrollment problem, or credential record concern, HRSI will make a reasonable effort to review and correct legitimate issues. Correction of an administrative or technical issue does not create a right to refund after course access has been provided.
