Our Privacy Commitment
High Risk Supervision Institute (HRSI) is committed to honesty, transparency, privacy, and responsible handling of information. Security and privacy are not afterthoughts in the HRSI system. They are core operational requirements because our users include public safety professionals, agencies, supervisors, and certified officers whose information must be handled with discipline and care.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or market personal information to third parties. We collect limited information for specific, legitimate purposes tied to registration, course delivery, credential verification, user support, and system security.
HRSI collects only the information reasonably necessary to process registration, communicate with participants, support course access, protect the platform, and maintain certification records.
Information We Collect
HRSI may collect basic contact information such as name, email address, telephone number, agency affiliation, state, and training or certification information. This information is used to support registration, account access, course administration, credential issuance, certification verification, customer service, and agency coordination.
When a user purchases or registers for training, payment processing may be handled through third-party payment providers. HRSI does not intentionally collect or store full payment-card numbers through this website.
We may also receive limited technical information, such as browser type, general device information, IP address, and site activity logs, for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, audit review, and website performance.
Information We Do Not Sell
We do not sell any customer or user information to anyone, ever, under any circumstances. HRSI does not sell, rent, trade, share, or distribute personal data, certification data, agency data, or user activity data to third parties for marketing, advertising, data brokerage, profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes.
Security and privacy are critical to HRSI and to the professionals we serve. The integrity of user data, certification records, agency information, and course-access information is treated as mission-critical. We are committed to protecting that trust at all times.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to manage course enrollment, provide account or training support, issue credentials, maintain certification records, respond to inquiries, improve site performance, support agency purchase-order coordination, and protect the security and integrity of HRSI services.
HRSI does not use user information for unrelated advertising networks, civilian data aggregation, or commercial resale. Our use of information is tied to training, certification, support, security, and lawful administrative operations.
Law Enforcement and Public Safety Use
HRSI training, certification, and credential verification are designed for law enforcement, supervision, correctional, registration, investigative, and public safety professionals. Information maintained by HRSI is handled with the heightened sensitivity appropriate for professional public safety training records.
HRSI does not operate as a civilian data broker, background-check company, social-media intelligence service, or public data aggregation platform. The certification lookup exists to confirm HRSI credential status and support professional accountability, agency verification, court credibility, and documented training standards.
Certification Verification Records
Successful certification may result in a searchable credential record for verification purposes. Verification records are intended to help agencies, courts, supervisors, and certificate holders confirm training status and credential validity.
Opt-Out Option: Individuals who do not want their certification to be publicly searchable may request removal from the searchable registry at any time.
To request removal, please visit our Contact Page and submit a request. Identity verification may be required to process removal requests and protect the integrity of certification records.
Government, Court, and Agency Defensibility
HRSI certification records may support agency documentation, professional development files, audit review, court testimony, supervisory review, and public safety credential verification. HRSI is committed to maintaining records in a manner that is accurate, professional, limited in scope, and defensible.
We take the integrity of credential records seriously. Unauthorized alteration, misuse, impersonation, or manipulation of certification records may result in account action, certification review, registry removal, and other appropriate administrative remedies.
Third-Party Services
This website may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, learning management, analytics, or security. Those providers are responsible for their own privacy and security practices. HRSI seeks to use reputable service providers appropriate for professional training, payment, account, and security operations.
Security
HRSI implements layered administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of user information, agency information, course records, and certification data.
These safeguards include secure hosting practices, encrypted data transmission where supported, controlled administrative access, limited access to sensitive systems, account-based permissions, operational review of administrative actions, and monitoring for unauthorized activity or misuse.
Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel only and is governed by internal controls, operational protocols, and professional standards consistent with the public safety nature of the HRSI mission.
HRSI systems are designed with security-first architecture principles to reduce exposure, limit unnecessary data collection, minimize attack surface, and protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse of information.
While no website, server, or online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, HRSI actively maintains and updates its security posture to align with current best practices, platform updates, and emerging threats. Privacy and security remain ongoing operational priorities.
User Choices and Contact
Users may contact HRSI regarding privacy questions, certification lookup opt-out requests, account-support issues, or record-correction requests. Please use the HRSI Contact Page for privacy, certification, and account-support inquiries.
